Company Policy: Checks are accepted for order not picked up/delivered same day. If your check is returned by bank, there is a $35.00 fee. Orders must be cancelled within 72 hours for full refund. After that time, any cancelled order is subject to a 35% restocking fee & store credit. We do not accept returns of received merchandise. Layaway orders must be paid in full before merchandise is ordered from manufacture. There are no refunds for layaway orders, only store credit. All special order merchandise has no refund once merchandise is ordered, only store credit after 72 hours. Floor model merchandise is sold “AS IS” basis and does not have a warranty. If pick up of merchandise is not within 30 days, customer will FORFEIT funds & merchandise. No cash refunds, check will be mailed within 5-7 business days. Some deliveries are made by outside delivery services and are not a division of MO Furniture. Customer must inspect all furniture and report any issues at the time of delivery. Customer understands that MO Furniture will give the best estimated delivery time frame, but is not responsible for factory delays, shipping delays, out of stock, backorders, or other factors beyond the store’s control. If the customer schedules a delivery and is not available to accept the merchandise, an additional delivery fee may be charged. MO Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit at the time of delivery. All measurements are the consumer’s responsibility. Store pick-up is available and all merchandise must be inspected before leaving the showroom. Merchandise that is picked up will not be assembled and the manufacture’s warranty may be void if the merchandise is handled/assembled improperly.
